Scoop scrub with wooden spoon. Add a pea sized amount of face wash to spoon. Gently rub into face and neck in circular motions. Wait 30 seconds before thoroughly rinsing. Keep water out. Use 1-2 times per week. If you decide not to use face-wash with the scrub, wash face after use to remove any excess residue.
